Since learning, teaching and training activities (LTT) are the main focus of this project, it requires huge engagement of the students and teachers. In that manner, four 7 days long short term exchanges were planned.

The first LTT activity was the first short-term joint staff meeting which was held in Croatia, in January 2018. The host country organized workshops and lectures on the project subject. One of them was concerned with EU 2020 plans and Digital Agenda, while another one was focused on research of PISA 2015 where partners made one, for each partner, country-oriented and one common analysis and report. Furthermore, they debated on blended learning and flipped learning as an alternative solution for early school leaving and problems of disadvantaged students. Also, they took part in flipped learning lesion organised by the partner school for host country, Croatia.

On May 2018, there was second short-term joint staff meeting that was held in Italy. The host organized workshops about the use of ICT applications (mobile phones, web 2.0, Google Apps, gamification, social media, Moodle, LMS apps and multiway learning environments) in flipped learning lessons. Following topics were also debated: effect of social media and mobile phones on education, effects of flipped learning on students’ motivation, good examples of motivation booster methods. These workshops were the basis of practical flipped learning scenarios in other student exchanges.

Third LTT activity, but the first short-term exchange of pupils took place in the Czech Republic, in December 2018. Each partner school included four students from their institution. They attended workshops with prior knowledge about everyday usage of ICT, flipped learning, digital literacy and citizenship. During this exchange, each pupil through his own video showed his flipped learning experience, while teachers had the opportunity to practically apply their knowledge and skills gained through previous LTT activities. Also, seminar on digital citizenship and ethical results of online behaviour was given by a specialist academician.

Last of LTT activities was the second short-term exchange of pupils and it took place in Portugal in March 2019. This cycle of workshops was related to social media in our lives, conscious and safe Internet usage, e-government applications, wearable technologies, etc. Also, project final festival “Technology in Education Final Fair” was organized. It was an opportunity for presenting students’ and teachers’ work and project results to all interested students, teachers, parents, local schools, university, district government, the mayor and the press. One extra creative activity was designing of project T-shirts which were worn by all partners’ project representatives.
